• Dumm supports size or item exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been used, remains with its original tag, and is in its initial condition.
• An unboxing video is required to verify the product’s condition for any exchange request.
• Shipping fees for both directions in case of exchanges will kindly be supported by the customer 🫶

• Dumm does not accept returns for orders with invoices issued unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
In cases where customers change their personal preference after placing an order, we sincerely hope for your understanding as Dumm cannot offer refunds for orders that have been properly prepared and contain no errors from our side 💌
